RAISED BY VILLAINS is NOT responsible for any delays your package may have during delivery.
*** Raised By Villains will not be responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, or fees levied by the destination country.
You can return your order if you were not satisfied. You have to contact us within 7 days after you received your order and we will give you the correct information for returning your order. We can not cover the expense for the shipping fees. We recommend that you send your return with tracking, because we can not be held responsible for your package until we receive it.
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Refunds are issued through the payment gateway used at the point of purchase to the card or account that was used to complete the purchase.
Customers who do not claim/pick up their item at their local parcel will not be refunded and will have to pay for the cost of a reshipment. Orders that are not claimed to be re-shipped will be donated to charity after 15 days.
There cannot be any form of refunds or reshipments if the tracking states that the order has been delivered.
